Dream Key Group ("Dream Key," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This section explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

  • Information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number (entirely optional), and the details of your inquiry that you submit through our Contact form. If you choose to provide a phone number, see our SMS Terms and Conditions below for how text messaging works.
  • Automatically collected technical information — information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver and protect this website (see Cookies below).

This website does not currently offer property search, saved listings, saved searches, showing requests, automated home-valuation submissions, newsletter sign-ups, property alerts, or market-update subscriptions. If any of these features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what's collected and how it's used before that feature goes live.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your Contact form inquiry and connect you with an appropriate Dream Key agent.
  • To maintain a record of our communication with you.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.

How We Share Your Information

Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit the service providers described below to independently market to you or use your information for their own purposes.

We do, however, use a small number of operational service providers necessary to run our business and this website — these are not third parties using your data for their own marketing, but processors acting on our behalf. We currently use two:

  • Resend — the transactional email service we currently use to deliver Contact form inquiries to our team at [email protected], so an appropriate Dream Key agent can follow up with you by email, telephone, or text message where you've provided that contact information (see SMS Terms and Conditions for texting specifically).
  • Cloudflare — our hosting, content-delivery, security, and serverless-processing provider. Cloudflare processes website requests and the technical information necessary to deliver this website, process Contact form submissions, and protect the site against abuse.

Each of these providers acts on our behalf, is bound by its own confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and does not independently use your information for its own purposes. Using these operational service providers does not conflict with the marketing/promotional-sharing statement above — none of them are permitted to use your information to market to you on their own behalf. We also share information where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Dream Key or others.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request that we update, correct, or delete personal information you previously submitted to us, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, security, recordkeeping, or legitimate business purposes.

To submit a privacy-related request, contact us using the information provided in Contact below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

If applicable law provides you with additional privacy rights based on your place of residence, Dream Key will process eligible requests in accordance with that law.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law or our own business record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Messaging Purpose

Dream Key Group uses SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes related to their real estate inquiry or services.

2. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you later wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through the appropriate sign-up process.

3. Help

4. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Dream Key Group and messages you send to us. Message frequency may vary. Questions about your text or data plan should be directed to your wireless provider.
